Shipping Policy

Unless you request a specific carrier, we will make every effort to deliver your merchandise in the most cost efficient and expedient manner. If you require an overnight delivery or express delivery, please give us a call and we can ship in accordance with your needs.

Our pledge is to keep shipping costs down for you. Our shipping rates include the actual cost of postage/shipping plus the necessary packaging and materials to deliver your merchandise.

We pledge to actively pursue the absolute best shipping rates available among the leading carriers. We will gladly combine shipments, when practical, in order to further reduce your shipping costs. It is neither our intention nor policy to make money off of shipping and handling. The carriers do that well enough.

Custom orders which may include bell engraving and custom stands, brackets, etc. are items that are not in stock and usually take 3-5 business days to complete. In some instances, depending on the complexity of your custom order, much longer delays may be experienced in order to allow us to complete your projects per our mutual agreement. In these cases we will work with you on a delivery date during the quote process.
